At KURLIXX, we believe that once you’ve discovered our innovative heatless hair styling method, you should receive it without added costs or worries. That’s why shipping is always free, for every single order and to every destination we serve.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: We process your order within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Confirmation & Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to delivery.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Always Free Shipping: No hidden fees, no handling costs.

International (Outside the U.S.)

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on local customs processing.
  • Always Free Shipping: For our international customers, we do not charge shipping fees either. Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient, as required by local regulations.

3. Tracking & Updates

  • Email Notification: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Real-Time Updates: Track your package on the courier’s website or, if available, directly on our site under the “Track My Order” section.
  • Customer Service: If you experience any delays or issues, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery

  • Please make sure the address you enter at checkout is complete and accurate.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately via email. We will do our best to update your information before your package is handed over to the courier.

5. Missed Delivery

  • If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery or leave instructions for pickup at a local facility.
  • If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal, please contact us to arrange a new shipment (still free, as long as we serve that particular destination).
